Overall a great property for family vacation. Backs up on forest which provides privacy & quiet. Fenced backyard iwas secure for our dogs. Enjoyed the deck with gas firepit and hot tub was clean & towels provided.

A few minor issues - master shower was being repaired when we arrived, master bedroom ceiling fan did not work however portable fan was provided & much needed upstairs. Also we had local electric company working on power lines at rear of property during our 5 night stay so not so great esp when they shut power off the morning of check out.

Would stay again at Sundown with close access to beach & hiking!

My friends and I had an excellent time at the Stateline lodge. We loved the easy access to Stateline and most importantly the trails behind the house were awesome for hikes. The amenities and rooms were just as described and we all felt right at home. The downstairs bar and game lounge was a ton of fun as well.

common areas are comfortable and has nice amenities we encountered a couple of issues around bathroom usage, listed below.The toilet in the masters bathroom kept doing a knocking-like sound for the first two days of our stay which made sleeping difficult and unpleasant, we communicated this to the manager but since it was a holiday this wasn’t fixed.The shower in the same bathroom was very difficult to use but they were able to send a video with instructions, would be nice if these are provided upfront.Hot water ran out pretty quickly around the whole house so some of us had to take cold showers at night which was tough since temperature was already cold.There were not enough towels for us to use, we looked around but were unable to find extra towels, which was inconvenient, however, we were able to dry them in the dryer.There was a water leak in the game room bar which stopped us from using it since we weren’t sure if it was safe.

All my family and I loved the house really nice place with a lot of space for a big family , I would really recommend this house for everyone who was a big family there is a lot to do even though you don’t want to go out , the play room and the jacuzzi made our days . All my family is so happy we had the chance to stay there for Christmas it was the best vacations ♥️

We had a great time. A lots of games/activities in the downstairs room. The house has a couple minor repairs/updates that are needed but nothing that affected our trip.Buckingham was very responsive and friendly.

Great stay

Came here with four couples to celebrate a milestone birthday. Kitchen was more than well stocked, very comfortable living area and beds, enjoyed the gas fireplace every night as well as the spa. Quiet neighborhood and super close to casinos and the lake. Would definitely stay here again.

Pros: Great property in a quiet residential location. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, which was perfect for our family. Fun basement game room. Peaceful deck was perfect for morning coffee. Fully equipped kitchen was great! Plenty of blankets and pillows. Large tv was great for watching baseball and movies. Huge table perfect for our family. Cons: Couldn’t lock front door from outside. Dogs could easily dig under side gate to escape so we created a makeshift blockade. Something more secure is needed. Handle to hot water on upstairs bathroom right hand sink wasn’t attached so we could only get hot water from one sink in master bathroom. Flagstones in front path are loose and breaking. Unsure how to communicate checkin and checkout. We just followed the directions posted in the kitchen.

Had a little issue with the hot water heater and they were very responsive in fixing the issue

will be staying here again in the future.

Fun house for our family with plenty of space and the game room was a hit with the kids.

My friends and I stayed here for my Bachelor Party trip to South Lake Tahoe, and the home was everything I could have asked for. The Hottub was large and very clean (that’s rare for AirBnB homes), we really enjoyed the basement and lots of competitive ping pong matches down there, and the overall space was incredible! Master bedroom was luxurious, and having the home back out into the beautiful forest and nearby stream was super nice.

Beautiful home with lots to do either on-site or nearby. It’s somewhere I’d stay again!

We all enjoyed our stay, the house was well equipped with everything you could need. Plenty of games which is always nice. Great location.

Whether you're going up to the mountain, go to a restaurant, or hangout at a brewery. Very nice home and very spacious. Had a GREAT time!

Stayed here with 4 of my friends for our annual "old guys getaway". We were quite pleased upon check in to find that the property manager had turned on the heat and had mellow music playing - nice touches that created a very welcoming feeling. The house is in a great neighborhood on the Nevada side, only a few miles from the casinos. Very good restaurant options on Kingsbury Grade within a few minute drive of the house. The house is well appointed with a well supplied kitchen. Nice appliances and everything worked fine. A representative of the property management company reached out to me by text on the day of arrival, which was nice as it provided me with an easy way to contact them if needed. Overall great stay and we will definitely look forward to staying again in the future.

Very close to Bolder Loge and Stage Coach and also California Loge. close to Town and Casino. Very clean. Dose not disappoint.

Stayed with 10 people comfortably although one bed was a sofa bed. The house is pretty large for everyone so we were fairly comfortable. We were within 15 min drive from all of the heavenly base camps which made it easy to drive up and ski.

Thankfully it was AFTER a huge snow storm so we were able to access the property with our rental cars. Uber also was accessible from the location.Home is what you pay for, older home but charming. Plowed driveway. Peaceful neighborhood. 5-10 min drive to different lifts at Heavenly and same for casinos. Great basement area and hot tub. Oven didn't work so we used toaster oven. Beds and pillows a bit lumpy. Couldn't find backup batteries for TV remotes.Master bedroom is on the other side of the house so it was perfect for my mother to get a private area where she didn't hear us when she went to bed earlier.I was worried because Buckingham Properties asked me for my credit card for incidentals, which is against Airbnb Policy. I dumbly gave it to them and after expressing my frustration they assured me they wouldn't charge it without asking. Other than that, they communicated well.

We loved our stay and will definitely be coming back!

The house was spacious and had a lot of thoughtful details for entertainment. Pretty cool that the right behind the home is a creek that leads to a hiking trail too. Would definitely stay again!

Great property for a small group of friends or a couple families. Fairly well equipped. Close enough to stateline and the lake but secluded. The property could benefit from some updated cookware and there seemed to be a lack of towels.

Cozy house with plenty of space for a family gathering (4 bathrooms is a plus). Our family enjoyed the game room, hot tub and really appreciated the kid friendly environment. Quite neighborhood, close to downtown and nice views. Quick response time from Buckingham. Would stay again!

It was spacious & clean & had all the amenities of home. It was close to all South Lake Tahoe attractions & activities. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay again.

No ice maker though. The extras placed in kitchen like chap sticks ,chocolate toffee, a bottle of wine were wonderful touches. We will definitely visitagain.

This property had all kinds of extras that made the stay wonderful. Plus everything was labeled and very easy to find. Highly recommend.

We had a great experience! The property was clean, had plenty of space for the whole family with a wide age range, offered many conveniences, and the location was perfect. The teens loved the hot tub and game room/basement. My husband and I loved the master suite. The backyard was the perfect size and fenced so we didn’t worry about our dogs escaping or being in danger. We will definitely be staying again and are already booking next summer!

While the overall place was great, lots of maintenance and updating are needed. The gates on the decks need work and locks, the old plywood kitchen drawers need work. The super nice upstairs shower didn't have any pressure and the hot/cold is mislabeled. The downstairs game room and hot tub were awesome.

Had our family stay for Christmas and the place was nice, clean, and close to everything you need. Would definitely stay again.

Plenty of room to spread out, the bar/basement area is perfect and the 4 full bath option makes things very easy to get ready for big events if needed. We were there for a wedding and it made it very easy for everyone to get ready. The trails behind the property is a plus and the stream that runs beside the property is very nice while you are sitting outside by the fire. We only had one little glitch with one of the thermostat's in one of the bedrooms, but Buckingham was on it and fixed it right away. Loved our stay here!!

Beautiful forest out the back with access to trails. Great big kitchen/dining room is awesome for bringing the family together.

Perfect place for a low key get together. Great backyard with lots of forest to enjoy. Super comfortable.

Check-in time was late and check-out time of 10am was too early (cleaners came right at 10) but overall a good house.

Had a fun game room for adults and provided crib and high chair for the littles.Walking trails just behind the property for morning walks and easy access to stateline, beaches, & restaurants

We loved our stay here! There’s a lot of space inside and outside, and the neighborhood is in a great location and quiet area. We would love to stay here again!

Great location and plenty of space for 7 adults, 2 kids and an infant. The kids especially loved the downstairs basement with a ping pong table.There were a few maintanence repairs needed upon arrival but property management was very quick to respond and sent someone out within 1-2 hours. In addition coffee maker was broken which they replaced immediately as well.

We celebrated our daughter’s birthday with some friends.

The house was exactly as described and a wonderful fit for my family of 6 and dog. I would definitely stay here again. Communication between the rental company Buckingham and myself was quick to respond to any questions I had.

Overall we enjoyed our stay! However, there were a few things that weren’t working or broke during our stay such as the shower head in the master bedroom and the hot tub.

I loved how the backyard has a fence around it makes my mind a little on ease. There is a creek on the side of the house where you can hear the water throughout the day. That was relaxing to hear.
