This spacious home is approximately 10 miles from the casinos, a 15-minute drive from Heavenly, 20 minutes from Sierra-at-Tahoe, and Kirkwood is a short 30-minute drive. This charming home is nestled back in the forest, where you can enjoy the sounds of the river in a very quiet neighborhood. It is a one-level home with 3 bedrooms and a double garage with an EV charger. Spacious Riverfront is approximately 2,300 square feet.
*Due to the elevation and snowfall on the roads surrounding this property during the winter months, 4-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended. Please reach out to our reservations team with any questions

The house is a little dated but for the age it is extremely well maintained and perfect in shape. It is very spacious. The kitchen comes with everything you will need. The BBQ grill comes with 2 gas bottles and its grills are very clean.We enjoyed the stay and might want to come back.

Very expensive due to the timing but the home is very nice and had all the amenities that one could ask for on the mountain. Snow was ploughed quickly so it was very accessible.
