The living room has a great wood burning fireplace, flat screen television and two comfortable couches and one armchair. Off the living room is the kitchen and dining area. There is plenty of cabinet space for all of your groceries, and the kitchen comes equipped with all pots, pans, dishes and utensils you will need for your stay. The three bedrooms are all of comparable size, and do share one full bathroom.

Directly off the dining area is access to the back porch. The spacious back deck has a small dining table, chairs and an umbrella for your use in addition to a charcoal grill. Take advantage of the huge backyard, perfect for lawn games in the summer and snow play in the winter!

The location of this house is perfect, no matter what activity you partake in! One block away is Trout Creek, where there are great trails for walking or snowshoeing in the winter. Being situated in the middle of town, you are 4 miles from the casino corridor and only 5 miles from Camp Richardson where you can rent boats, relax on a sandy beach and enjoy delicious cocktails and food. In the winter, hop in your car and you will be at Heavenly Mountain Resort’s California Base Lodge in under ten minutes.
