Downtown Penthouse

The penthouse was very spacious and plenty of room for 8 adults and a one year old. The family had many meals in the large front room that had table seating for 10 people.

The location was perfect right in the heart of all activity. Close to gondola, entertainment and shopping g.

The location for skiing is closer than some rentals. We’ve had that advertise ski in and ski out. You’re literally a few steps from the gondola that takes you up the place has four bedrooms with four en suite bathrooms which is fantastic for groups. Great common areas for groups to gather as well and the balcony was terrific. It would’ve been nice if the patio furniture was out on the balcony for the week of sunshine we had so we didn’t have to bring the dining room tables out there to sit.

Location is perfect. Could advertise as ski in ski out because it’s only a few steps from the gondola. Every bedroom had its own en-suite bathroom. Beautiful for groups traveling together.

We had a great stay at the penthouse in South Lake Tahoe. Great location close to the gondola with great parking so we could easily travel out to other mountains during our visit. Well stocked kitchen for our stay and only downfall was the hot tub could have used some attention. We would bring chlorine tablets if we stayed again. Overall would recommend.

We have stayed here 4 other times over the last decade. We live the location and ease to all places.

We were looking for a place in the middle of all of the action. It doesnt get any better than this one. It overlooks the main area, right on the hwy 50. It was fun just to watch the people passing by from our balcony. Management was always very helpful and prompt. We'll be back.

We were pleasantly surprised at how spacious and centrally located we were at this property. Everything is in walking distance. It is very private, as this is the only residential unit in the building. One night we chose to dine indoors and found the kitchen to be fully equipped and had fun playing cards at the game table. We enjoyed our stay and would book again. Checking in for the first time is a bit tricky, but once you figure it out, it's very convenient. Hosts were extremely responsive to our questions.

If you want to be in the heart of Heavenly activities, shopping, restaurants, gondola, coffee, music, etc., then this place is a great spot to stay. A beautiful, well furnished and supplied, penthouse residence with views and wonderful outdoor space as well (terraces).

I can not say enough about location... just around the corner from the Gondola and if that happens to be shut down due to wind.. you can walk out the door and hop on a bus to the California side.. the space and Privacy can't be beat... Oh, and don't forget to order food from the downstairs restaurant.. Delish and Convenient! :)

Overall everything was as advertised. I don’t think we could have gotten a better location. In town and steps to gondola and shuttles. We will definitely stay here again.

Great place if you want to be near casinos but do not want to stay in a hotel/casino. Comfortable beds and seating areas. Would definitely stay here again. Tip: bring earplugs bc nighttime partying and morning traffic can be loud

Couldn’t have asked for a better location to stay at. The place was just as described, and there was fast communication with Buckingham. Would recommend to anyone who was to stay centrally and walk to the casinos, restaurants, and entertainment.

We had a great time at this place. It was right next to the gondola at Heavenly and just down the street from all of the casinos. Location cannot be beat. We had plenty of room for our group and it was set up nicely.

The location was incredible. Right in the heart of heavenly village with all the shops and restaurants a 10 second elevator ride away. This made it very easy and fun for our multi-family getaway as everyone could amuse themselves in between our family activities.The condo is large with the prefect entraining area and a cozy fireplace. Great for holidays.There were lots of plates and cups and other dishes, like serving platters in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable with a bathroom for each bedroom, plus an extra.A couple of suggestions for Improvement:1. The internet was quite slow and sometimes we could not play media that relies on it (like Netflix). Some of us had to work and had issues with the slow internet.2. Salt and pepper were provided. It would be nice to have some extra spices for those who are going to be cooking.Overall, we enjoyed the experience and would stay there again.

We booked this for a family vacation. It had a bedroom and bathroom for each of our children and their families. The common areas were large and pleasant. It was nicely decorated, well stocked with everyday essentials and clean. Location was its biggest feature since it was within walking distance of many restaurants and attractions. The check-in instructions were confusing. There was reference to a lockbox in the instructions (and there is no lockbox for this facility) and the instructions to enter the passcode into the elevator were a bit cryptic. We tried for about a half hour and finally realized that you needed to use the elevator floor buttons as the keypad, and had to enter in the code with the right prefixes and pauses. Overall a great experience.

Our group of four couples stayed at the penthouse while traveling to Tahoe for the weekend for a concert at Harvey’s outdoor arena. The proximity of the penthouse to the concert venue, casinos, and restaurants could not be beat! The penthouse itself, was perfect, with plenty of space for all four couples. The Tahoe charm and furnishings were just as pictured. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect for a small group (8 people). The location is ideal for quick walks to casino, heavenly gondola and shops.

The penthouse is beautifully decorated, incredibly spacious and the best location in SLT for whatever you want to do. Our springtime visit afforded us close proximity to the gondola (a 3 min walk) and about an 8 minute walk to the lakeshore. The penthouse places you an elevator ride away from Stateline brewery, delicious crepes, ice cream and a spa, in addition to shopping. It's clean, it has incredibly tall ceilings that make it feel huge, and it has multiple patios for hanging out. We would stay there again.

From the enormous bedrooms to the soaring ceilings (even in unexpected places like the bathrooms) to the private hot tub and giant deck overlooking the main drag. 200 yards to the gondola, and 15 steps to the Stagecoach bus stop. There is no better place in South Lake Tahoe!

Cant say enough good things about our stay. Perfect spot for a large group as not everyone has to do the same thing all the time since it is within walking distance to almost everything. We used the car maybe three times all week. Really great layout and the balcony at sunset was a daily cocktail ritual. If I had one suggestion was a better description of where to find the door to enter, maybe an actual sign over the door. We are already planning for next year. If you have the time take a ride to virginia city. Its between Tahoe and Reno. While driving someone to the airport we stumbled on this out of the movie's town. Some of the movie Tombstone was filmed there. Its not a Disney town but the real thing still thriving in the desert. I never saw anything like it!!

It was everything I imagined!

Great location right downtown! Only a minute walk from the penthouse to the gondola made getting on the mountain a breeze and we definitely enjoyed the hot tub time every night. The unit is beautiful and well appointed, especially loved that each bedroom has its own ensuite bath. We would definitely rent this property again.

Every thing was as stated but our check in was a problem since they sent us the wrong entry code and WiFi info requiring several phone calls to correct

Better than expected and there is a HUGE patio not shown in any pictures overlooking all the action on Tahoe Blvd. 20 people could have stayed here and not feel crowded! Amazing! Best place ever to watch 4th of July fireworks!!!
