The house was beautiful with great amenities. It was modern and very clean. we felt like we were home as soon as we arrived. The large TV has great surround system. Upstairs bedrooms were very comfortable and private. Upstairs rooms were a little cooler compared to the downstairs rooms so it takes some adjustments to set up temperature that works for everyone. An external heater was available in the upstairs which was handy to use as needed. The kitchen was equipped with everything you might need. The large size electric griddle was very useful. Though the pots and pans seemed a little overused. It wasn't very clear at first where to put the garbage bags but later we found a bin in the garage. Though there was not a separate recycling bin available. The location was great, it was a 7 minute drive to Heavenly CA lodge and the town center. We will definitely come back!

Beautiful, clean, spacious home with all the amenities. The house is in a great location-7 min drive to the main drag in South Lake Tahoe. Quiet, stunning view from the deck. Enjoyed dinner/drinks at the fire pit table overlooking the mountains. So nice. The property company who manages it was very attentive, checking in via email. They came over and put out the chair cushions that were not out. Very friendly and amenable. I would absolutely recommend staying here. We were a family of four with two adult children. The house had space, comfort and the mountain vibe we were looking for. I will miss being there!

Great spot! Loved the open kitchen to living room concept, it made it so fun to cook and socialize as a group. Very comfortable living room area. Spacious and spotless bathrooms. The house was overall very clean which was a relief (not all rentals come like this). It was very easy to reach the staff for help with the heat and appreciated the quick response time.

I’m not the type of person to leave bad reviews, but ….We had zero heat for our first few days and did not hear from Buckingham Management at all. Once I escalated the issue to the airbnb help center, they finally sent an hvac company to fix the broken heating system. Needless to say our short vacation was very cold and uncomfortable.

The neighborhood was located in a great spot just close enough for convenience and far enough for some peace and quiet. Overall I would recommend to anyone traveling to the Lake Tahoe area.

The home is in a great location, and there are plenty of available parking spots for the allotted vehicles at the property. Our group of 9 were very comfortable for an extended weekend and also enjoyed cooking in the beautiful kitchen. The home was very clean and spacious.

We found this property to be the perfect getaway location for a quiet and relaxing trip to Lake Tahoe. Quiet neighborhood with close proximity to beaches, nearby Nevada casinos, and plenty of room for our group.

The house is very big. You will not be short on space here. Both inside and outside are very big. The driveway specifically is really nice if you have more than one car.Really close to town which allowed us to come back home and rest between activities.Overall very happy with the stay.

The house was great for nine of us to stay. And after a 12 inch snowstorm, they came right out and cleared the very long driveway. We would definitely rent from them again!

Clean and close to the shopping center.

Best experience for the first time staying at a vacation rental. Very clean. Easy check in. Property it's self is beautiful. Only issue was the drive way was very slippery we asked it it could be cleaned and never got back to us. Make sure you bring salt to get rid of the ice and a strong shovel. Over stay was GREAT!!!

Check in and check out was seamless. It’s unseasonably hot in South Lake Tahoe this year and this place did not have AC. We didn’t spend much time there during the day and the temperature was fine at night with all of the windows open. We were able to have a nice dinner on the furnished spacious back deck. Plenty of room for a large family, comfy couches to lounge on and nice big kitchen. We enjoyed our stay here.

This is a great property and is in a great location.Its well furnished and we really enjoyed our stay at the property.I was a little put off by the management company changing the rules post booking (eg. they made the decision to move the check in time from 3 pm to 4 pm and similarly changed the checkout time). They also made other changes like closing off the game room, without communicating it to me.I dont want to ding the property for what the management team did and so am rating it as good - but this management company needs to be more upfront and transparent.
