We stayed here in July

Pros :
- very spacious/ full kitchen
- rooms were very clean and spacious
-very high ceiling
-good for kids/family
-very homey and cozy
- 3-5 mins to casinos, lakeside beach marina , heavenly area ( if no traffic )
-safe area / cul de sac

Cons
- no AC (but there are 2 ceiling fans in the living room and fans in all rooms

Gorgeous view. Wonderful amenities. Pool table has some felt up, but we aren’t pros so we didn’t care. Cooking here is prime. So many options. Grill, vent hood, big burner area, flattop and burners. Multiple sinks, bowls, and usable dishes. No AC but open windows at night (with screens) worked perfect. (Visited in mid May, don’t know about summer). Deck is great, but wear sandals... due to the weather it had to be shingled and the open tar areas get hot fast. Plenty of space for all. Overall a great experience, very responsive, and clean. would rent again.

Stayed here with a group of my friends for a ski weekend. Love the location just off Kingsbury Grade. The house is at the end of the street - very quiet and private. Plenty of room for 7 of us. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable seating around the TV. Nice pool table in a separate game room.
This is the second time I have rented a property in the Tahoe area from Buckingham/Opulent Vacations and have been very pleased with the personal service provided by their team.

Close enough to South Lake but a quiet place to hang out.

Went for a girls trip and there was plenty of space for us all. The house is spacious and there are cute amenities that we appreciated. Great distance from the downtown casinos and Heavenly resort. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to make a trip out to South Lake.

It was also close to the lively areas with casinos and great restaurants if you wanted the night life! Nothing we did was longer than a 50 minute drive, and most beaches and events were within 20 minutes!

Beautiful Home surrounded by the scenery of South Lake Tahoe.Host was very communicative and answered any questions asap.Appreciate everything they did for us as it was a great time!

Only 5 mins away from the Heavenly Ski Resort!

Had a great few days enjoying the powder. Only complaint was no salt, so we left some for the next guests :)

If you are looking for a spacious home for the family this is the place. Furniture is vintage. Communicating with the owner was easy, responded promptly. Recommend this place!

This house was absolutely amazing, very clean and spacious for my group of 9 people. It’s perfectly located only a few minutes from the casinos and beaches.

We had 6 people (all in separate beds) and never felt cramped. The entertaining areas were also great. We would enjoy the patio in the AM and evening and it was always relaxing.Cleaning fee is pretty pricey, but once you see the size of the house you understand why. Would recommend the house for anyone bringing a group together to relax and enjoy Tahoe

Wonderful kitchen - easy to host three generations with meals and birthday celebrations.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. Our family was taking a trip for my brothers 40th birthday. It accommodated us so well. The amount of beds, space through out the house and having Multiple bathrooms.The location is perfect, close to the casinos, restaurants, shops, liquor store and near Zepherhill. We went there multiple times for their run runners and walk the shore line. So beautiful!The short drive into California was also great, slow speed but a great way to take it all in and see al the sites along the way.The backyard view of the forest is also great, we enjoyed coffee, cocktails and good laughs back there. The coffee shop at the end of the street is amazing! Must stop by there.If I had to comment on anything negative, but really isn’t too much of a concern. Is there needs to be more towels for all the guest. (There is a washer though)The pillow and beds weren’t the most comfortable. So if your picky on that, maybe bring your own pillow.And the cleanliness of the rugs and carpet really surprised me.But over all I can totally look past that and would stay here again.

The house is perfect for accommodating a large family. It had so much space for everyone and kept the older kids busy with pool table and little ones with the game boards. Love the spacious outdoor deck. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Buckingham.

Close to the lake yet high enough on the hill to catch the summer breezes. The lack of air conditioning is not an issue at all.If you have a large family or gathering, this house is set up for entertaining. An excellent choice and location.

Perfect a recent family trip to South Lake Tahoe. The location was ideal and the quiet neighborhood, great views and overall amenities were ideal for a work/vacation get-away. We will definitely, look to book this place again in the future.

It is a little outdated and has thin floors/walls, but it has plenty of room and is in an awesome location. Our group really enjoyed the backyard and big living room, and I can’t forget to mention the kitchen appliances are awesome! Overall great stay

They had easy to follow instructions on where everything was at the house. Each room was kept neat and clean on arrival. My family had a great time at the house. We enjoyed the big kitchen, family area and definitely the pool table.

Near lots of entertainment like the beach, golf, casinos, shopping, and restaurants. Nice quiet neighborhood and deck with bbq and patio tables. House was clean with plenty of space for all 12 of us. The only complaint I would say is the house was hot on the 2nd and 3rd level even once it cooled down outside towards night fall. If the house had AC it would be perfect for summer stays. Other than that definitely a 5 star place to stay.

At the end of the street and on a hill. We seen a bear one time which was exciting for us, but fear not, it didn’t come close at all. Check in/ check out was easy to understand and all directions were sent out in a timely manner. Responses on the spot were not the best but for the most part we had everything we needed. Kitchen was stocked with appliances and the washer/ dryer came in handy. So thanks for that! Would definitely stay here again.

Location is great for all activities, whether you are going to the lake, golfing, or the casinos. Would highly recommend!

Definitely would stay here again. Only issue we had related to the TV programs that weren’t offered. The lack of TNT & ESPN was a bummer considering it was the start of the NBA playoffs. Besides that, the house was perfect!Julius-Ra

Neighborhood was nice, quiet, and safe. The location was in such a close proximity to the Stateline downtown that we were able to grab a Lyft or Über back and forth throughout the night as we needed. Would be glad to stay here again!

Perfect for larger groups with enough space for everyone to be comfortable.

The location of this property is just perfect with anyone coming in to ski or just relax with Heavenly just couple of minutes away.

The cabin was perfect. It was spaced out perfectly and was in a great location.

Close to so many sites. It was also nice to have no neighbors at the end of the street. We had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing few days. So much fun shooting pool ! The kids loved playing in the snow in the big backyard. The house is an older place but was very clean and the addition of the small bathroom amenities was a nice thoughtful touch. we enjoyed the breath taking views from our deck.

Lots of room. We spent hours on the back deck. Private, surrounded by large pine trees with a view of the lake (not a great view but a view). We will definately be back.

Plenty of room to hang out and play inside the house and the house is nestled in a very quiet neighborhood. The kitchen appliances are top notch and had plenty of space to cook and eat.

Spacious, w plenty of area for the kids to play privately as we had children of all ages. Will be back!

Neighborhood was really quite and calm, house is located 5 mins away from shops food etc. Fast replies with management which was helpful.

This place is amazing! The house is very spacious and I perfect for large groups like mine. Enjoyed our stay tremendously!

It comfortably fit all of group, great for bbqing, and cooking as a group. The main level of the house is so spacious that with a large group of people, it easily accommodated us. Would love to stay here with family again soon!Only drawback was hot water did not last enough for everyone to shower. Lots of cold showers, but I kind of expected that with 10 people.

Loved the deck overlooking the wooded area. Plenty of rooms & bathrooms for our large group. We liked the large open kitchen/living room area.

Pros: location, roomy, great living room and balcony space for a big group. Cons: lot's of broken things around the house, which basically makes you panic so make sure to report immediately. The beds in the loft were very uncomfortable, and the late night chatter from the living room carries upstairs to the loft, so it can be VERY disturbing. And lastly, one our cars was broken into, which really SUCKED! The place looks to be in a great, quite location, so of course we were shocked that it happened.

It's at the end of the street so it feels like you've got the forest all to yourself when you're on the deck. The property management team was cool- called them when we were checking out as this was my first experience with Air BnB and the lady had a good sense of humor and reassured me all was well. Definitely wouldn't hesitate to rent from them again.
