Incline Village is the perfect year-round escape and jumping-off point for exploring the four seasons of Lake Tahoe. This 3-bedroom/ 3-bathroom upgraded condo is ideal for relaxed summer vacations, ski getaways, or romantic couples’ retreats. Don’t feel like driving once you’ve parked? No problem. The condo is an easy walk to several restaurants as well as a large Raley’s grocery store and Incline Village’s 18-hole Championship Golf Course and restaurant. A nearby trail leads straight to the shores of Lake Tahoe, about a 20 - minute walk, while Diamond Peak Ski Resort is an easy 10-minute drive away.

The condo’s main level is accessed through the private one-car garage, equipped with ski, snowboard, and boot storage, or through the covered front porch, and is decked out with gorgeous hardwood floors. The front entryway has a large closet for boots, coats, and shoes, while the main level bedroom has a comfy queen bed and down comforter, small desk, and sizeable closet. A separate bathroom with rain shower is just across the hall. The roomy, fully-equipped kitchen has been updated with white quartz counters, a three-person breakfast bar, and boasts stainless steel appliances (microwave, stove, dishwasher, fridge), while the adjacent dining area seats six for delicious family dinners or rollicking board game nights. Or cozy up on the sectional sofa that curves around a 55-inch smart TV and gas fireplace, perfect for movie nights or heart-to-heart chats. The living room’s vaulted ceilings add grandeur to the space while the large windows let morning sunshine into the airy space while showing off the surrounding alpine landscape. Screened windows and doors, and a ceiling fan keep the house cool with fresh mountain air around, while the outdoor deck is the ideal spot to throw some steaks on the grill or sip a glass of wine and listen to the babble of the nearby creek. A nook in the living room is set up with a desk for those days you must work, and high-speed internet throughout the house makes it easy to stream, Zoom, and check emails.

Upstairs are two large, carpeted bedrooms, each with a private bathroom (one with walk-in shower, one with bathtub/ shower combo), a king-sized bed with down comforter, ceiling fan, large window, and big closet. A full-sized washer and dryer are found in the hallway closet between these two bedrooms.

Guests of the Third Creek complex are allowed to use the community pool, jacuzzi, and tennis courts during the summer months, which are accessed via a 10-minute walk through a wooded area and over a scenic stream, or by car, just a three-minute drive down Northwood Blvd.
