This lovely mountain home is approximately 2,200 square feet, it can accommodate up to 8 people comfortably, and it has beautiful forest views. It has a large fenced backyard and a deck with a hot tub, patio furniture & propane BBQ.
The house is located in a very quiet cul-de-sac setting with only one other house across the street. The large living room has a 52" flatscreen TV, there is wireless Internet throughout the house, and unlimited domestic long distance calling.
The bottom level consists of the entryway, living room, kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area, hall bathroom, bunk bedroom, large laundry room with a second fridge, and 2-car garage.
The top level has a large master suite with work station, bathroom with a large shower and jetted tub. The spacious guest suite is also located on the upper level with a private balcony and ensuite bathroom.
This home is ideal for a family or group looking for a getaway to the mountains, but want to be close to all the year round amenities South Lake Tahoe has to offer!
