We offer you a selection of gorgeous homes from small to very large for your Lake Tahoe wedding day. We also have many vacation rental homes to accommodate you and your guests. Buckingham Properties only offers premium concierge services in South Lake Tahoe, including wedding coordinators, florists, caterers and chefs, wedding cakes, ministers, rental equipment, shuttle bus, limosines and photographers to capture every precious moment.
Please contact us for more information as every home, wedding venue and situation is different. Please keep in mind when you are planning your event that homes have limited parking, so a shuttle service must be used. Please ask about the maximum number of people who can attend the event. As far as prices are concerned, Marni will be happy to discuss the site and ground fees and special circumstances for each of our wedding friendly homes. Our largest wedding site includes a gorgeous 2 bedroom luxury mountain home, a helicopter pad and can accommodate over 150 guests.

This 9,000 square foot Norwegian chalet is surrounded in centuries-old pine forests and breathtaking views of Lake Tahoe. Situated on one of the only 10-acre lots in the Tahoe basin, the house feels remote, but is only minutes from the downtown casinos, Heavenly and the nearest beaches. For weddings and events, this home can accommodate up to 100 guests outside on the lawns and patios. Wedding guests may access the main floor only to use the restroom. There is a 3 night minimum required (year round) costing approximately $10,000, sleeping up to 31 guests. In addition to the rental price, t here is a grounds fee of $2,000. There is parking for approximately 50 cars.
This 4,200 square foot, lakefront house is located on the east shore of Lake Tahoe, near the Cave Rock tunnel, approximately 6 miles from the downtown South Lake Tahoe casino area. This home was built in the 1920's and has lots of old Tahoe charm. For weddings and events, this home can accommodate up to 50 guests outside on the lake view deck or lawn. There is a dramatic staircase leading down to beautiful small beach area below the home. There is a 3 night minimum required (year round), costing approximately $5,200 and sleeping up to 11 guests with parking for approximately 10 cars. In addition to the rental price, there is a grounds fee of $1,500.
This newly remodeled, luxurious, lakefront house is located in Jameson Beach, adjacent to the historic Camp Richardson Resort on the southwest shore of Lake Tahoe. For weddings and events, this home can accommodate up to 15 guests inside in the lake view living room or outside on the sandy beach. There is a 5 night minimum required (year round), costing approximately $11,500 and sleeping up to 15 guests with parking for approximately 4-5 cars. In addition to the rental price, there is a grounds fee of $1,000.
This lakefront home is very upscale, furnished with a country, mountain motif and lots of lodge-pole accents. It is located in Jameson Beach, adjacent to the historic Camp Richardson on the southwest shore of Lake Tahoe. For weddings and events, this home can accommodate up to 25 guests outside on the lawn/beach area. There is a 3 night minimum (year round) costing approximately $5,400 sleeping up to 12 guests with parking for approximately 8 cars. In addition to the rental price, there is a grounds fee of $1,000.
Adjacent to Edgewood Golf Course, this Tahoe lakefront home has beautifully landscaped grounds and an expansive sandy beach, the perfect, private setting for a wedding or event. For weddings and events, this home can accommodate up to 60 guests outside on the lawn and/or beach area. There is a 3 night minimum (year round), costing approximately $5,450 sleeping up to 8 guests with parking for approximately 10 cars. In addition to the rental price, there is a grounds fee of $2,500 (which may go up or down depending on the size of the guest list).
Located on the backside of State Route 207, locally known as Kingsbury Grade, this private estate is nestled in the forest on its own 44 acres. Being on the backside of Kingsbury gives it unparalleled panoramic views of the Carson Valley, seldom seen by South Lake Tahoe visitors. The driving distance to this location from the downtown casino area is approximately 15-20 minutes. For weddings and events, this home can accommodate up to 150 guests either outside on the grounds or inside the large garage, which doubles as a helicopter hangar (it is very, very large). It is large enough, in fact, to hold the festivities inside for all 150 guests if the weather takes a turn for the worst. It can get quite windy at this location, and this area is prone to afternoon thunderstorms during July and August. This home does not require an overnight stay, and you are welcome to use the grounds just for the day. For overnight stays, there is no minimum, so you may stay one or more nights. There is a grounds fee whether you stay overnight or not: $1,500 with up to 100 guests, and $2,000 with up to 100-150 guests. Parking is unlimited.

This location offers a more budget-friendly alternative. For a wedding or event, this home can accommodate up to 25 guests outside on the front yard lawn area. There is a 2 night minimum (year round) costing approximately $1,400 sleeping up to 10 gues twith parking for approximately 6-8 cars. In addition to the rental price, there is a grounds fee of $300.
