Buckingham Properties only offers the most premier services
in South Lake Tahoe including wedding coordinators, florists,
caterers and chefs, wedding cakes, ministers, rental equipment,
shuttle bus, and photographers to capture every precious
moment of your most memorable day.
Please contact us for more information as every home and
situation is different. Please keep in mind when you are
planning your event that homes have limited parking so a
shuttle service must be used. Please ask about the maximum
number of people who can attend the event. As far as prices
are concerned, Marni will be happy to discuss the site and
ground fees and special circumstances for each of our wedding

"Montana
Lodge"

Sitting
on a large fenced lot, this property is a 3-house waterfront
compound with a private beach and pier. The property is
also security gated for extra privacy. When renting this
property, you have access to the main house, guest house
(above the separate garage) and the games house, giving
you 6 total bedrooms, 4 total bathrooms and accommodating
16 people. For a wedding or event, it can hold up to 60
people. Off the main house is a large stone patio with a
private hot tub, propane and charcoal BBQ's, plenty of patio
furniture for the summer months, and it steps directly onto
the sand. On the property enjoy lawns, horseshoe pit, putting
green, wireless internet and a swing set for the kiddies.
It
is located on the south shore of Lake Tahoe directly behind
the casinos at the state line. Tucked just inside the California
border, this house is walking distance to the casinos, shops,
restaurants and the new Heavenly Gondola. For additional

and can sleep up to 10 people. This home is next door to the
"Lodge Pole House" (featured below) and together

has a sitting area with a fireplace and an exercise area.
For a wedding or event, this home can accommodate up to 25.
There is a 3 night minimum for this home and the cost is approximately
$12,000, plus a security deposit based on the total number
of guests. Limited parking, a shuttle bus is required for

it requires a 2 night minimum and can sleep up to 6 people.

minimum for this home and the cost is approximately $2,500,
plus a security deposit based on the total number of guests.
There is enough parking for 10 cars (excluding the snow
